excellent location Negative: 1. the shower stall was too small-you could hardly stand in it. 2. the host needs to pay more attention to maintenance of the property. 3. it would have helped if daily house-keeping was provided.

Positive: We stayed in the apartment with our children. In the apartment we found everything that made our stay comfortable. It is located near tram station (300 metres) and bus station (300 metres) so you can easily start your trips. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the Dubai Marina. Also there is Carrefour in the same building and a lot of restaurants nearby. Our host Ahmed was very kind and helpful.

Definitely Recommend! Positive: the apartment view and cleanliness made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable for the entire family. The host was very understanding and patient with every request/question we had. Negative: location was a bit tricky to navigate but I understand its due to the ongoing roadblocks due to construction.
