Welcome to Elite Comfort. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our short-term rental services and your stay at any of our properties in Dubai. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in line with UAE laws and Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) regulations.

1. Booking and Payment

Booking Platforms: Reservations may be made through our website or trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).

Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on platform policies. Additional charges (e.g., tourism fees, cleaning fees, security deposits) may apply.

Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or approved online payment platforms.

2. Guest Identification and Check-In

Guest Registration: All guests must provide a valid passport or Emirates ID upon booking or check-in, as required by the Dubai DET.

Age Requirements: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.

Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-in: [2:00 PM]

Check-out: [11:00 AM]

Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by booking platform and property type.

Refund eligibility depends on notice period and reason for cancellation.

No-shows or early departures may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking terms.

4. House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, the following rules apply:

No smoking inside the property.

No parties or events unless explicitly approved.

No pets unless prior permission is granted.

Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Guests are expected to maintain the property in a clean and respectful condition.

Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction and loss of deposit.

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required to cover damages, missing items, or violations of house rules.

The deposit will be refunded within [e.g., 5–7 business days] after checkout, subject to inspection.

6. Liability and Damages

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Elite Comfort is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during your stay.

You agree to use the premises safely and take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage or injury.

7. Use of Property

The property may only be used for residential purposes by the individuals listed in the booking.

Commercial use, illegal activities, or subletting is strictly prohibited.

8. Right of Entry

Elite Comfort reserves the right to enter the property (with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of emergency) for maintenance, inspection, or regulatory compliance.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, or pandemics.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

11. Amendments

Elite Comfort reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
